ORA-65444
Multiple rename operations cannot be performed on a closed pluggable database.
Cause
An attempt is being made to perform more than one rename operation on a closed pluggable database, without opening the pluggable database in between those rename operations.
Action
Open the pluggable database to complete the prior rename operation and then attempt a new rename operation on the pluggable database.
