ORA-65303
database property value failed to set on remote node
Cause
An attempt is being made to set a database property in a RAC enabled database which requires caching on local and remote nodes, but caching on some or all nodes failed.
Action
Check that the database property is valid and that all database instances in the cluster are running properly. Retry setting the database property on each node individually. Use an alternative method to set the property, if possible. For example, the SSL_WALLET can be specified using the sqlnet.ora file.
