Cause
The name incorrectly started with "_", "-", ":", "#" or digits or contained non-alphanumeric characters. Verify that all other double quotation marks, if any, in the string are adjacent pairs of double quotation marks. Double quotation marks must not be used in the middle of the name.
Action
Change the name and exclude the invalid characters.
