Cause
The number of active processes exceeds the preallocated limit during DBMS_AUDIT_MGMT.CLEAN_AUDIT_TRAIL procedure for operating system or XML audit trails (AUDIT_TRAIL_OS or AUDIT_TRAIL_XML type).
Action
Retry the audit trail cleanup operation.
