Cause
An attempt was made to create a TYPE or PACKAGE specification or body whose EDITIONABLE property did not match its counterpart.
Action
Switch the EDITIONABLE property in the CREATE statement, or alter the EDITIONABLE property of the existing object to match the EDITIONABLE property in the CREATE statement.
