Cause
This could happen if:
- The online analytical processing (OLAP) API sharable library was missing.
- The sharable library upon which the OLAP API sharable library depends was missing.
- The OLAP API sharable library was the wrong version.
Action
Ensure that Oracle is properly installed with the OLAP option. If RDBMS has been patched, review the patch log for errors. If the problem persists, report it to Oracle Support.
