Cause
The tag parameter was not specified for Galois/Counter Mode (GCM), or the tag parameter was specified for non-GCM mode.
Action
For GCM mode, specify the tag parameter and retry the operation. For non-GCM mode, remove the tag parameter and retry the operation.
