Cause
An attempt was made to do a system global area (SGA) symbol table operation, but symbol table operations were not enabled for database, Oracle Automatic Storage Management (Oracle ASM) instances or non-Linux setups.
Action
Check errno in the trace file and contact Oracle Support Services.
