Cause
The tablespace name specified as a parameter to DBMS_AQADM.MOVE_QUEUE_TABLE did not exist or is invalid or the operation is not supported in that tablespace.
Action
Ensure that the tablespace exists by querying the data dictionary or specify the valid and supported tablespace name.
