Cause
Either the destination was manually changed or the member was removed from the Oracle Data Guard broker configuration, or there was no available LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n initialization parameter that could be used to ship redo data to the member.
Action
Reset any LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n initialization parameters that are no longer required and reenable the configuration.
