ORA-16588
The primary database is being added to PrimaryDatabaseCandidates configuration property.
Cause
Oracle Data Guard broker added the DB_UNIQUE_NAME initialization parameter of the primary database to the PrimaryDatabaseCandidates configuration property since the specified property value does not contain the current primary database.
