Cause
An attempt was made to ship redo to a target database without logging on to standby or with invalid user credentials.
Action
Ensure that the primary and target databases are using password files and that both the primary and target databases have the same SYS password. After ensuring that the password file is accessible and the REMOTE_LOGIN_PASSWORDFILE initialization parameter is set to either SHARED or EXCLUSIVE, restart the primary or target database or both.
