Failure to set the ADBTask Window due to insufficient non-NULL parameter
Cause
At least one of the parameters (START_TIME, DURATION, ENABLE) in DBMS_ADBTASK_ADMIN.SET_ADBTASK_WINDOW must be non-NULL.
Action
Provide at least one non-NULL value to the parameters (START_TIME, DURATION, ENABLE).
