Cause
The spatial layer had a geometry with a different dimensions than the dimensions specified for the layer.
Action
Ensure that all geometries in a layer have the same dimensions and that they match the dimensions in the SDO_DIM_ARRAY object for the layer in the USER_SDO_GEOM_METADATA view.
