Cause
An attempt was made to enable Memory Protection Keys (MPK) for the Multilingual Engine (MLE) on a machine that does not support MPK.
Action
Disable Memory Protection Keys (MPK) for the Multilingual Engine (MLE) using the initialization parameter or use a machine with MPK support.
