Cause
An attempt was made to update or delete the row of a duplicated table that was recently inserted on this shard database. This table did not have primary key; therefore, any modifications of the inserted row cannot be performed until after the next duplicated table refresh (the default timeout is 1 minute).
Action
Wait until the duplicated table is refreshed and repeat the operation.
