Network sender, logical change record (LCR) persister, or user string is unable to communicate with logical change record (LCR) producer process for replication unit string.
Cause
The logical change record (LCR) producer process was not started properly or was aborted.
Action
Fix any errors during the logical change record (LCR) producer process creation and restart the logical change record (LCR) producer process.
