Cause
An attempt was made to specify a value of FALSE or OFF for the DB_BLOCK_CHECKING parameter in a pluggable database (PDB), when the value of DB_BLOCK_CHECKING parameter in the multitenant container database (CDB) is neither FALSE nor OFF. If the CDB has enabled the DB_BLOCK_CHECKING parameter, then the PDB cannot disable the DB_BLOCK_CHECKING parameter.
Action
Specify a value other than FALSE or OFF, such as LOW, MEDIUM, FULL or TRUE for the DB_BLOCK_CHECKING parameter in the PDB.
