The Database In-Memory size cannot be increased more than string MB for PDB ID string.
Cause
The Oracle Database In-Memory (Database In-Memory) size of the pluggable database (PDB) exceeded the PDB system global area (SGA) target size.
Action
Specify a Database In-Memory size of no larger than the PDB SGA target, or increase the PDB SGA target size.
