database string has replication tasks in reconcile wait state for over string days
Cause
The specified database had a BACKUP_SBT task that could not be run because the task was waiting for a successful reconcile.
Action
Check the incident log for active failures with a component type of REPLICATION_RECONCILE. Resolve the reconcile issues and execute a manual reconcile, execute a resume_replication_server, or wait until the next reconcile time period. After a successful reconcile, all stalled replication tasks continue and the incident is marked as FIXED.
