An attempt to restore redundancy during rebalance is failing for some Oracle Automatic Storage Management (Oracle ASM) metadata due to the presence of dropping or forcing disks.

Add back all of the disks in DROPPING or FORCING state. If this is an Oracle appliance, also add back all of the missing disks.

An attempt to restore redundancy during rebalance failed for some user data or Oracle ASM metadata.

Check the expel process trace file for additional details. Rerun rebalance on the group. If the issue persists, add back all the disks in DROPPING or FORCING state. If this is an Oracle appliance, also add back all the missing disks.
