Resource busy error is detected for a reservable column. A DML or a DDL operation is conflicting with this statement.
Cause
The reservable column operation is conflicting with a DML or a DDL transaction on the same row.
Action
Retry the operation after some time. It will succeed when the transaction issuing the conflicting DML or DDL has completed.
