Cause
A <TAG_RANGE> tag containing wild card characters 'x' or 'X' was found in the dictionary document.
Action
Remove the wild card characters from <TAG_RANGE> tag and try again. See the Oracle Multimedia documentation for information about the private dictionary schema (ordcmpv.xsd).
