The Oracle Database Vector Memory size cannot be increased more than string MB for PDB ID string.
Cause
The Oracle Database Vector Memory size of the pluggable database (PDB) exceeds the PDB system global area (SGA) target size.
Action
Specify an Oracle Database Vector Memory size no larger than the PDB SGA target, or increase the PDB SGA target size.
