Transparent Data Encryption(TDE) keystore configuration cannot be set
Cause
An attempt is being made to set a value for the TDE_CONFIGURATION parameter either in PDB$SEED or in ROOT or NON-CDB using container attribute.
Action
No action needed. TDE_CONFIGURATION does not need to be set in PDB$SEED as the keystore for PDB$SEED cannot be ISOLATED and it cannot be set for NON-CDB or CDB$ROOT when using container attribute.
