Database Error Messages

The TDE_CONFIGURATION for the pluggable database (PDB) cannot be modified because the keystore of the PDB is not in a closed state on all instances or the PDB is using an autologin keystore.

For changing the keystore mode from UNITED to ISOLATED, use the ADMINISTER KEY MANAGEMENT ISOLATE KEYSTORE statement. To manually change the PDB's keystore configuration to ISOLATED, close the keystore of the PDB on all instances before changing the value of the TDE_CONFIGURATION parameter to KEYSTORE_CONFIGURATION=FILE. After configuring TDE_CONFIGURATION, create or copy the PDB's keystore under WALLET_ROOT/pdb_guid/tde. If the PDB was configured to use an autologin keystore, then before attempting to update the configuration of the PDB, rename the autologin keystore and change the configuration of the PDB to use a password-based keystore and close the keystore of the PDB.
