Database Error Messages

When the database instance was started, the Public Key Cryptography Standard (PKCS) #11 library was discovered at the legacy location, which is /opt/oracle/extapi/64/hsm/. The switchover command was not supported because the PKCS#11 library was loaded from the legacy location.

Configure the PKCS11_LIBRARY_LOCATION and specify the library in this location /opt/oracle/extapi/64/pkcs11/ and then restart the database.
