Key is set for the pluggable database (PDB). Cannot create the password-based keystore.
Cause
The password-based keystore could not be created for the PDB, because the PDB was using a key from the current keystore of the PDB.
Action
Use the ADMINISTER KEY MANAGEMENT ISOLATE KEYSTORE statement to create a password-based keystore; so that, the keys for the PDB are automatically moved to the new keystore.
