An attempt was made to set an Oracle Label Security (OLS) privilege for a policy to a common user.
Action
The Oracle Database documentation for SA_USER_ADMIN.SET_USER_PRIVS PL/SQL package lists the user types that can be set. Set the OLS policy privilege to a user that is of the appropriate type.
