Cause
The remote instance is processing a query made through a database link connection. The process in the remote instance is trying to use the reverse database link connection, but this is not supported for a background, JOBQ, or parallel execution process.
Action
If the query is using the parallel execution process in the remote instance, disable it. Otherwise, contact Oracle Support.
