Transportable tablespaces prevented from being set read/write.
Cause
The tablespaces in the transportable import tablespace set could not be set to read/write access. This may be due to the file system or tablespace data file protection being read only. As a result timezone fixup and bitmap rebuild operations did not occur for tablespaces in the transportable import tablespace set.
Action
Verify the data file protection settings before retrying the operation.
