Cause
The version number of the dump file that was specified for an import operation was incompatible with the dump file version of the Oracle Data Pump product that was currently running on the system. This message usually indicates that the dump file was produced by a newer version of the Oracle Data Pump Export utility.
Action
Import this dump file using the Oracle Data Pump Import utility with the same version that was used in Export to create the file.
