Cause
In the definition of a CONCAT partition template, one of the partitions was dimensioned by a dimension that was concat-related to a partition dimension. For example, it shared some leaves with the partition dimension, but it also contained some leaves that were not in the partition dimension.
Action
Either modify the dimensionality of the partition template to include a concat dimension that contains all of the desired leaves, or pick a different dimension for the partition.
