Cause
An attempt was made to refresh on-commit materialized views in a distributed transaction
Action
Do not run Data Manipulation Language(DML) on tables that have on-commit materialized views in a distributed transaction. If this error occurs, run on-demand fast refresh or complete refresh to the on-commit materialized views.
