network connection failed: connection timed out
Cause
The network connection attempt did not succeed. This form of error typically indicated that the target network host address was misspecified, that the machine expected to accept the connection was not running, that there was a network connectivity or routing problem, that the request needed to be routed through a proxy, or that a firewall dropped the connection attempt.
Action
Ensure that the network target is correctly specified, that the desired target machine is running and the desired target program is running on it and is listening on the expected network address and port, that there isn't a network connectivity or firewall problem, and that a proxy is being used if required, then retry the operation.
