Cause
Oracle Text index is either nonexistent, disabled, unusable, or incomplete, or is altered in such a way that the automatic index maintenance is no longer applicable.
Action
Ignore this error for background processes because all background processes working on this index will be removed. For foreground processes, retry the operation after fixing the index.
