Cause
The policy expression had an unsupported PL/SQL function nesting.
Action
Modify the policy expression to use only supported PL/SQL function nesting. The Oracle Label Security functions NUMERIC_LABEL, CHAR_TO_LABEL, and SA_SESSION can only be used from within the Oracle Label Security dominates functions.
