Cause
A space header block of a data file was used by the unused block optimization feature. The space header block of the reported data file had corrupted information.
Action
Fix the corrupted space header of this data file, or do not use the unused block optimization feature for this data file. If the corruption is not fixed then the availability of the data in the file will be impacted.
