Cause
The redo transport service was unable to send redo data to one or more members.
Action
Check the Oracle Data Guard broker log file and the Oracle alert log file for more details. These logs should contain other errors messages that indicate the cause of the problem. Also, query the LogXptStatus property to see the errors affecting the redo transport service.
