Unable to find the destination entry of member "member_name" in V$ARCHIVE_DEST
- member_name: The member whose destination entry is not found.
Cause
Either the destination has been manually changed or the member has been removed from the Oracle Data Guard broker configuration, or there is no available LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n initialization parameter that can be used to ship redo data to the member.
Action
Reset any LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_n initialization parameters that are no longer required and re-enable the configuration.

Either the destination was manually changed or deleted out of Oracle Data Guard broker, or no entry was available for the Oracle Data Guard broker to use.
Action
Clean up the destination setting, remove the unused settings, and reset the redo transport service.
