Remote destination is not ready to receive redo at this time.
Cause
A remote database was not in the appropriate state to receive redo.
- A physical standby, far sync, or snapshot standby must be mounted to receive redo.
- A logical standby, Data Guard pluggable database (PDB), or downstream capture database must be open for write to receive redo.
Action
See the database alert log at the receiving side of the transfer for details about why the database was not ready. If the database was not in the correct state, put it in the required state. The parameter LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_STATE_n at the sending site may need to be set to ENABLE to activate further attempts to ship redo.

Cause
A logical standby or down stream capture database was not in a state where it could accept a request to receive redo from another database. This was likely due to the database not being open.
Action
See the database alert log at the receiving side of the transfer for details of why the database was not ready. If the database was mounted but not open, open it to clear the problem. The initialization parameter LOG_ARCHIVE_DEST_STATE_n at the sending site may need to be set to ENABLE.
