invalid LOG_ARCHIVE_CONFIG modification while in protected mode
Cause
The LOG_ARCHIVE_CONFIG parameter could not be modified if any of the Oracle Real Application Clusters (Oracle RAC) instances were opened in either the maximum protection or maximum availability mode. Also, this parameter could not be modified because it caused all destinations to fail while in maximum protection mode.
Action
Modify the LOG_ARCHIVE_CONFIG parameter before opening the database in any instance.
