Cause
An ALTER TABLE MOVE PARTITION ONLINE or an ALTER TABLE MODIFY PARTITION INDEXING statement was issued on a table owned by SYS, SYSTEM, PUBLIC, OUTLN, or XDB.
Action
Do not use the ONLINE keyword or the INDEXING clause.
