Multilingual Engine (MLE) does not support Database Resident Connection Pooling (DRCP)
Cause
An attempt was made to use the Multilingual Engine (MLE) with Database Resident Connection Pooling (DRCP) enabled.
Action
Turn off Database Resident Connection Pooling (DRCP) before using the Multilingual Engine (MLE).
