Cause
The Two-Task Common (TTC) message exchange between the Oracle database and the client is not compliant with the TTC protocol. This is an internal error.

Contact Oracle Support.
Additional Information
This error is usually encountered when there is either a bug in the client's TTC protocol implementation or the database server's TTC protocol implementation. Contact Oracle Support with the relevant incident files and trace files.
