There was an operating system error in closing the password file 'password_file_name'.
- password_file_name: The name of the password file.
Cause
The database password file could not be closed because of an underlying operating system error.
Action
Check for the underlying operating system error and retry the action. In most cases, retrying the operation will be sufficient. If the password file has become corrupt or deleted due to the operating system error, you need to recover the password file by re-creating it or retrieving it from backup.
