Cause
An attempt to retrieve the member cluster Globally Unique Identifier (GUID) from the Cluster Manifest File failed or an incorrect Cluster Manifest File was supplied.
Action
Recreate the Cluster Manifest File on the Domain Services Cluster, copy the Cluster Manifest File to the member cluster or specify the correct Cluster Manifest File and retry the operation.
