header block format is not supported for object-store URI dump file.
Cause
User specified an explicit version for a DBMS_DATAPUMP.OPEN API which is incompatible with an object-store Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) dump file. The explicit version specified produces a dump file containing header blocks. Header block format is incompatible with an object-store Uniform Resource Identifier (URI) dump file.
Action
Specify a version or file specification which is compatible.
