Cause
Oracle Cluster storage cannot be configured to be on a remote cluster if the storage for Oracle Grid Infrastructure Management Repository (GIMR) is configured to be on local cluster.
Action
Choose an alternate storage option that would be configured on local cluster to proceed further.
