There are no global restore points.
Cause
No global restore points were created for the sharded database because of the following: 1) The GDSCTL command CONFIG BACKUP had not been executed; 2) The global restore point creation job had not been enabled; 3) The global restore point creation job had yet created a global restore point.
Action
Execute the GDSCTL command CONFIG BACKUP command to create the global restore point creation job and execute GDSCTL command ENABLE BACKUP to enable job. Note that global restore points cannot be created while chunk movement is active and additional time may be required before a global restore point is created.
